A delicious Hawaiian burger with a curry-garlic aioli spread. Sweetness from the pineapple and a little spice from the curry make this burger exceptional.

Instructions
Make the Curry-Garlic Aioli
Add all the ingredients to a medium sized mixing bowl and mix together well with a small whisk or a fork.
1 cup Mayonnaise, 2 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp red curry powder, 1 tsp paprika, ½ lemon, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or while you cook the burgers.Note: This can be made well in advance - up to 5 days before.
Burger Preparation
Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat
Core and slice the pineapple, if not already done. Thinly slice the onions and prepare the lettuce leaves.
4 slices cored pineapple, 1 red onion, 4 leaves lettuce
Add patties to the hot grill. Cook for approximately 4 minutes per side, turning once. Internal temperature should reach 160℉.

Halfway through the burgers cooking, add the pineapple slices to the grill. Cook and turn once to heat through and leave nice appetizing grill marks.
Butter and toast the buns for approximately 1 minute, or until desired crispiness is reached.

Assemble the burgers: Spread some curry-garlic aioli on the top and bottom of the bun. Add the burger patty to the bottom bun followed by the grilled pineapple, red onion and lettuce. Add the top bun and serve!
